My Free 3D Models for download
Welcome to Page 1
of my 3D Artwork gallery.
The following images are all made using various 3D digital art programs. Whenever possible I will attempt to post short comments with the images on their creation.
Feel free to right click and download any of these images that you might like as use for a desktop wallpaper. They are all in JPG format though, so you will need to convert them to BMP format in order to use them as wallpaper in Windows.

|My apologies if the pages take a bit long to load as many of these images have been uploaded to the server at nearly full size and resolution to retain their quality. The size observed on these pages is due to the html coding of this site, so downloaded images may be somewhat larger then observed here. All images are my copyright, so any use of these images for anything other than desktop wallpaper without my prior permission is prohibited. Hope you enjoy checking these out.|
" VICKY'S HOUSE OF MIRRORS"
This image was created and rendered using Bryce - A Victoria model was posed in DAZ Studio first and then imported into the Bryce program.
This image took over a week to get set up properly and to get the alignment of the mirrored surfaces and the lighting looking right.
" IF AN INVASION SIR - WE"RE SCREWED"
If an Invasion Sir - We're Screwed, was done a bit tongue in cheek. I frequently like to inject a bit of humor into my artwork. The image was created using
DAZ Studio to pose the soldiers which with the Hummer were then imported into Bryce for completion of the scene and rendering. The setting was a bit
quick and dirty using standard Bryce textures. I created the nuts and bolts within Bryce from primitives. I quite like this image with the major exception of
the rather strange looking sky. But, as a SCI-FI type of image, I guess it works.
' MAIL ORDER BRIDE'
I had lots of fun and had spent almost a month creating this scene in DAZ Studio. Before setting up the final scene, I had to create and render several other scenes
to include in the background such as the family photos on the wall and the "Robo City News" Broadcast on the TV. I also ended up creating quite a few of
my own models and textures for this even down to creating wires for the back of the Entertainment Center. A number of the major set pieces such as the
building outside of the window, the appliances in the other room and the charactors were commercial models - some using my own textures. But many of the props
in the room as well as the room itself were made from primitives. Besides the obvious humor in the overall concept of the image, I also hid a few minor gags in the scene.
Since this image is reduced, it is difficult to make out, but a DVD on a shelf has a robot dressed in military gear in a jungle setting and the title to this movie is
"RAM-BOT First Oil" as an homage to the "RAMBO - First Blood" movie. All of my own props were made in Bryce - exported as OBJ files and the final scene
set up and rendered in DAZ Studio.
"THE LAB RAT"
Being that I am a big SCI-FI fan, "The Lab Rat" was created as a bit of a twist on the alledged Alien Abduction stories out there. But instead of Humans being
used for their experiment, these aliens have captured a creature from some other world ( Bout time they pick on someone else ) The aliens were actually people
models from DAZ3D which I then modified to create the alien look and also added my own textures and colors to them. The creature was another DAZ3D
model. All of the other items were models made and textured by me. Once the aliens were posed in DAZ Studio, this scene was set up and rendered in Bryce
since I wanted some highly reflective surfaces and the Bryce program does a great job with reflections.
" ASTEROID ICE AGE - SURVIVAL BEGINS"
Having served in both the military and law enforcement for most of my adult life, I have developed somewhat of a survivalist mindset in my old age. It was
with this mindset that I developed the scenerio for this SCI-FI type image. 2 people surviving after an asteroid impact on Earth sets the world back into
a new ice age. My first part of this project was the creation in Bryce of a destroyed city which after rendering was turned into the backdrop for this scene.
The people as well as the vehicle and a number of other set pieces are commercial models which I assigned many of my own textures to. There are also
some set pieces like the tent created from primitives. This was about a 2 week project and was set up and rendered in DAZ Studio. I would like to
note that this is a slightly lighter version than the original rendering. This done to better show off some of the details and textures in the scene.
